Our models are built to true real-world dimensions so they drop into an architectural scene or a sim grid without rescaling, and so AR placement looks correct. Pair that with a pivot point set at the base of each piece, which is what lets furniture sit flush on the floor and snap to a grid or surface without floating or sinking.
Polycount stays modest because interior props do not need dense geometry to read well, typically 200 to 2,000 triangles per piece.
