Collider setup should follow the blade edge, not the whole decorative silhouette. Use one capsule or box along the handle for physics pickup, plus a simple convex or box collider over the blade for hit detection. Do not trace every spike or notch; it creates noisy combat results. For 3D printing, thicken blade tips to at least 0.8mm for resin or 1.2mm for FDM, and avoid long separate spikes unless they are fused to the head.
